Please make sure that your email filters or "safe list" are set up to allow our reply to get through to you! We reply to all support requests promptly, so if you haven't heard back from us in a reasonable amount of time that probably means our message was blocked or diverted by your ISP. First, check your "junk" or "bullk" folder to see if our message ended up there. If you still can't find it, contact your ISP and request that they forward any emails from a cluttterfreeforever.com address to you. Then let us know you haven't received our email and we'll resend our reply.

FYI: We are located in Hawaii, and there may be big time difference between us. We receive many incoming emails between 3 AM and 6 AM our local time... please be patient while we wake up and have our morning coffee. We will get back to you ASAP as soon as we are in the office and checking the email.
